Introduction 

Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) College of Engineering (BVDU COE), Pune, established in 1983 on Pune-Satara Road, is a constituent unit of the NAAC A+ accredited Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (founded 1964 by Dr. Patangrao Kadam), offering UG/PG/PhD programs in engineering to over 2,000 students with a focus on industry-aligned education.​

History and Establishment

Part of Bharati Vidyapeeth's expansion from a single-room coaching center in 1964 to a multi-campus deemed university (1996), the college began operations in 1983 with core engineering branches, growing to include advanced labs and international tie-ups.​
