10. Privacy & Data Use

• Personal data (Aadhaar, marksheets, photos) is collected only for academic compliance.
• Shared with Sarthi4U / partner universities only with encrypted consent via checkbox during application.
• Right to be forgotten: Request data deletion post 5 years of course completion via registrar@university.ac.in.(registrar link add here)

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saarthi4u shall not be held responsible or liable for:

• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided on the site.
• Any disputes between users and third-party institutions, exam bodies, or service providers.
